Join us for our next Build Bentonville luncheon as we explore the potential impact of Issue 3: game-changing economic development legislation set to be voted on this November.

 

This session will break down how Issue 3 aims to equip Arkansas cities, counties, and local partnerships with modern tools to attract new jobs, spark innovative development, and revitalize our communities—tools that neighboring states are already using to compete and grow. With Arkansas currently lacking comparable local economic incentive options, this conversation comes at a critical moment.

 

We’ll unpack key questions, including: What is an economic development district? How is one created? Who can initiate it? What safeguards are in place? And most importantly, what could this mean for Bentonville, NWA, and our local business community? We’ll also clarify what Issue 3 is not, helping separate fact from misconception.
