Mission Our mission is to improve the quality of life for Arkansans by mitigating the health and economic impact of alcohol, tobacco and drug usage through education, prevention, cessation, and public policy. Vision NWATDFC believes everyone has the right to make informed decisions concerning their health and the negative impact of alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Overview The Northwest Arkansas Tobacco and Drug Free Coalition serves Benton, and Washington Counties by working toward the elimination of exposure to second-hand smoke, reducing tobacco advertising and promotion targeted toward youth, as well as reducing youth access to tobacco, drugs and alcohol products.
